Josh Eagle is the Solomon Blatt Professor at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.  Professor Eagle has published research on a wide range of natural resource issues, including water, wildlife, and public lands.  At USC, he teaches courses on coastal law, natural resources law, water law, municipal zoning, and public lands.  Professor Eagle has served on numerous federal and state government committees, including state shoreline study groups and National Academy of Sciences panels.  He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins, Georgetown (law), and Colorado State University (forestry).
