Title V Sources

  • July 10, 2023 - Invitations sent to all Title V Sources
  • July 14, 2023 - Follow up email sent to all Title V Sources clarifying when they needed to be in ePermitting
  • December 8, 2023 - Reminder went to all Title V facilities reminding them all submissions need to come through ePermitting as of January 1, 2024.
  • January 1, 2024 - BAQ will no longer be accepting paper applications or reports for Title V sources. All submissions should be through ePermitting.

Non-Title V Sources

  • January 22, 2024 - BAQ will start sending invitations to all other facilities with Air Permits or Exemptions. Roll out will be by industrial sectors and in the order below. BAQ staff will begin by reaching out to make sure we have the correct contact information followed by emails with sign up information. Any remaining facilities that have not been invited once we are through this list will be invited then.
