Buck Graham serves as the Legislative Liaison for SCDES. He began his career with the former DHEC in 1985 at the Florence District office, focusing on ambient stream and wastewater facility monitoring and serving on the Emergency Response Team. Over his 38-year career, he has worked in numerous environmental program areas and management roles, including as the Area Director for the Florence and Sumter offices, manager of the Office of Rural Water, and most recently, as Senior Advisor to the Agency Director.

Buck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (with minors in Chemistry and Geography) and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Executive Management, both from Francis Marion University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, The International Business Honor Society, and is a Certified Public Manager.
