Tiffany has more than 10 years of experience in training and workforce development. She served as the Taxpayer Education and Process Improvement Director at South Carolina Department of Revenue, and prior to that position, she served as the Leadership Excellence Achievement Program (LEAP) Program Manager at DHEC from 2019-2020. Tiffany has also been an adjunct and workforce development trainer for the South Carolina Technical College System. 

She has a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from Anderson University, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and experience as an online learning developer.
