SCDNR has appointed 25 members to the Lower Savannah-Salkehatchie River Basin Council. The Council is represented by a diverse group of stakeholders and is responsible for developing the Lower Savannah-Salkehatchie River Basin Plan under the guidance of the South Carolina State Water Planning Framework.
