MyRCRAid

The Bureau of Land and Waste Management Hazardous Waste Program has opted into additional features of RCRAInfo that will allow industry users to submit information electronically. The additional features, called myRCRAid, will allow electronic submittal of the following US EPA forms:
- 8700-12 - RCRA Subtitle C Site Identification Form
- 8700-13 A/B - Hazardous Waste Report
- 8700-23 - Hazardous Waste Permit Part A Form
What CAN you do through myRCRAid?
- Generators, transporters, and receiving facilities can submit electronic manifests (EPA Form 8700-22).
- Generators, transporters, and Treatment, Storage or Disposal facilities (TSDFs) can submit EPA Forms 8700-12, 8700-13 A/B, 8700-23 forms electronically.
- Generators will be able to prepare a summary report related to facility status (e.g., very small quantity generator, small quantity generator, or large quantify generator), volumes and quantities of wastes generated, etc.
- Hazardous Waste Transporters may request a permit.
What CAN’T you do through myRCRAid?
- Wet signatures are required for financial assurance documents for transporters and TSDFs.

EPA maintains a website which includes information on these and other rules that SCDES uses during the adoption process. The EPA website includes checklists for use by States when adopting rules, copies of Federal Register notices, etc.
