The joint Upper Savannah and Lower Savannah-Salkehatchie River Basin Council meeting has been scheduled for February 14th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (draft agenda) at the North Augusta Municipal Building (100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta SC 29841).
