If you have questions on compliance with an approved plan, inspection requirements, or monthly reports, you may contact the Water Pollution Compliance Section. Inspections of permitted sites are performed by staff located in Regional Offices throughout the state.

Enforcement

Enforcement of stormwater regulations is handled by the Water Pollution Enforcement Section.

Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)

The following staff work in our offices in Columbia and administer the NPDES Stormwater Program which permits discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).
