Bill has served as your Congaree Riverkeeper since 2011, working to protect the Broad, Lower Saluda, and Congaree Rivers. He attended the University of South Carolina, where he received his bachelor's degree in geography. Before becoming the Riverkeeper he worked for several years as a local river guide.
