Air Quality Coalitions
Air Quality Coalitions are partnerships of local stakeholders across South Carolina working collaboratively to improve and protect air quality. The coalitions support the development and implementation of voluntary, community-based actions that reduce air pollution and emissions at the local level. By encouraging proactive engagement from local governments, organizations, and community partners, Air Quality Coalitions help ensure continued protection of public health and the environment throughout the state. Through collaboration and environmental stewardship, Air Quality Coalitions can identify effective strategies to reduce air pollution and maintain clean, healthy air for all communities.
